After travelling around on this globe, and tasting all those different cultures I thought it was a good idea to settle down somewhere, especially because I met Leila,I knew the time had come.
We both thought it was good to go on with the same idea :“backpacking” & meet the same kind of people as I met before.
So we created a peaceful place for our brothers and sisters, no 5 stars, but decent, clean &budget prices, what a backpacker needs...
It became a Little Kingston, “HARAMBE” (togetherness) is our motto, and Global Village , everybody is welcome here !
Things kept on developing, and we’ve added on, like tent rental, organized tours, and pickups , more details on these webpages, as you can see.

How to find Little Kingston da Global Village:

From Kampala side : take Jinja road, direction Jinja. After +/-45 km. you will find the town Lugazi. From that town, you continue 10 km. direction Jinja, and you will find a village in the middle of Mabira, Najjembe. On the right side of the road, you’ll see our signpost “Little Kingston Campsite” the road nearby is Buikwe Road, you take that one, and con-tinue for just 50 mtrs., till u see our place on the left side with a yellow gate, and there’s a huge sign-post ”www.littlekingston.com”.

From Jinja side : take Jinja road, direction Kam-pala. After 25 km. you will find the market of Najjembe. (in Mabira) right after that, on the left side, you’ll find Buikwe Road with on the corner our signpost “Little Kingston Campsite”. Go on that road and u will find, after 50 mtrs.only, on the left, our 2nd signpost, ”www.littlekingston.com” and as well our place. The entrance is a yellow gate.
